I was surprised at how quickly they adjusted to the job and almost seamlessly. They are very reliable and hard workers. The parents at my centre have a good relationship with both my employees as well as the staff.

I honestly haven’t had too many challenges. Sometimes thoughts and words are lost in translation but that just challenges me to come up with a different approach and teaching style. Not all people learn the same way and you have to be open to trying different techniques.
