Individualized Support Services

For people who have a lot ot offer the community and require one-to-one support on an ongoing basis to participate

Individualized Support Service supports people to lead lives fully engaged in the community with the help of a one-to-one support worker (pending funding eligibility/approval). Support in this service may have a broader focus depending on the person’s goals, and may include employment, volunteer opportunities, leisure activities, physical exercise/physiotherapy, personal development, and educational activities.

Areas of support may include personal care, communication, anxiety management and safety management.
