Andrew is currently employed at Polished Cleaning and a team member in the Recycling/ Composting Sustainability Program at RRC Polytech.
Prior to working at RRC, Andrew worked Mon-Fri for 10 years at Beaver Truck center. His independence and confidence have greatly increased since his transition from Beaver to his new position.
During April, Andrew created a PowerPoint for MB Possible about the RRC Sustainability Recycling Program which he later presented it to his supervisors, highlighting improvements the recycling program has brought to the College. Andrew believes that these small changes help reduce extra waste in our landfills, as he is very passionate about recycling and his input is always appreciated at work.
Andrew is an awesome team member who is always willing to lend a hand when needed. He is succeeding in a job that works for him and where he is considered a valued coworker.
